A subject directory was used in Step 7 when using the worksheet. In general, subject directories are appropriate when you are looking for a broad or general topic. Search Engines and Meta Search Engines
Once you have completed your worksheet, you will have any number of keywords that you can use to search the internet. This is the appropriate time to use a search engine. Use a Meta Search Engine if you aren't sure which search engine is best.
